Do you know, I made quite a bit research on this Jay L. Turner and his company;
As always I found only positive things about them, from serious to trustworthy websites, so the logic would be that it was just a bad luck for Sophie to have her golf imperfect ! but it’s written that they offer “Lifetime support” in case of readjustment needed.
So why wouldn’t they just fix the problem and then everyone would be happy ?
After months of thinking, I drew only one conclusion:
The day they went to the store, Sophie was the only one of the group who came with her girlfriend.
I couldn’t believe it:
All this mess because of Homophobia ?
I must admit, at first I wanted to take it personal and unleashed my anger online, but then I remembered that we are all Humans, so we makes mistakes it happens.
I might be naive but still hope this Jay L. Turner would just amend his past behavior and compensate my best friend to leave all of this behind us.. We’ll see.
Now that I received many advice from you all:
I’m going to try to contact Him in a few days and start negotiating.

I don’t accuse without enough proof, proofs that I now have after investigating meticulously… that’s why I won’t step back, its NOT ACCEPTABLE to judge people by their personal preferences!!!
