What I know is that his company has great online notoriety (https://www.avian-golf.com) and many contacts vouch for him. So he surely is competent, I can’t deny those things.
But that’s the catch:
How can you prove that a professional made some errors once if usually he never does ? My best friend never stood a chance…
People like this Jay L. Turner probably need some external motivation in order to lift a finger and allocate time to resolve problems…
